  1. I felt the same about Thancred. I could see what he was trying to do, but like, man, he was being a real jerk about it. Then, after the boys have their chat, I thought the same way: Thancred is in so much pain. He's trying his best. =(

  2. About the Astral darkness and Umbral light, the answer was there all along with Black mage and how they go into two different states while casting. While during the astral fire; while we thought the power to burn, we can also see it as stasis of flow of Mana because while casting fire, your mana generation halts. And during umbral ice state, the active, the flow of mana returns while people of the source thought no activity instead. So, we had it backwards.
