Unlocks inside firmament in ishgard. Pre requisite quests to unlock custom delivery client “the brume lifts” “Go west craftsman” “Smiles across the sky” might need to do all side quests for the 2 quests in firmament to pop up. Also must be on a gatherer Or crafter.
