It’s Kijani with a mount showcase for FFXIV. Today’s video showcases all of the gwiber mounts (or dragons) that you can get from Shadowbringers Extreme Trials. There are seven gwibers in total and they are dropped from the following extreme trials listed below:
Fae Gwiber -The Dancing Plague (Extreme)
Innocent Gwiber – The Crown of the Immaculate (Extreme)
Shadow Gwiber – Minstrel’s Ballad: Hade’s Elegy
Ruby Gwiber – Cinder Drift (Extreme)
Gwiber of Light – The Seat of Sacrifice (Extreme)
Emerald Gwiber – Castrum Marinum (Extreme)
Diamond Gwiber – The Cloud Deck (Extreme)
To unlock the extreme versions of The Dancing Plague, The Crown of the Immaculate, Minstrel’s Ballad: Hade’s Elegy, and The Seat of Sacrifice visit the Minstreling Wanderer in The Crystarium (x:7.5, y:12.5). To unlock the extreme versions of Castrum Marinum and the Cloud Deck visit, the Warmachina Fanatic in The Lochs (x:11.6, y:22.6).
If you aren’t having any luck with the mount drops, you can use 99 of the trials totems to exchange it for the mount. You can visit Fathard in Eulmore (x:10.2, y:11.7) to trade for the Fae Gwiber, Innocent Gwiber, Shadow Gwiber, and Gwiber of Light. You can visit C’intana in Mor Dhona (x:22.7, y:6.7) to trade for the Ruby, Emerald and Diamond Gwibers. The whole idea of exchanging 99 totems for the mount sounds depressing. Hopefully the mount drops for you so you do not become a member of the 99 totems club.
How to Get the Landerwaffe Mount
Once you get all 7 Gwiber mounts, you can accept the quest “The Dragon Made” from the Warmachina Fanatic in The Lochs (x:11.6, y:22.6). You’ll travel to a specific spot, watch a cut-scene, then one of the most epic mounts introduced in FFXIV is yours!
