@Meoni So on farther investigation I found out that Neyuni’s hair is locked to Au Ra’s 2 down from top left on CC. which is a huge shame because it’s a nice hairstyle and I was convinced every race had it.

I don't think the regulator is an issue for this recreation of a future version of Neyuni since I wouldn't be surprised if all sisters ditched their regulators by the end of the raid story.
You can simulate freckles in game with face paint. the option will be on the bottom row, it is second to the last on mine right next to the clown face paint. would only need to select a dark skin tone in the face paint color. Hope this helps, have a wonderful day.
It would be kinda neat if they added a new cosmetic NPC to solution 9, who offered the neon hair colours and funky eyes.
