  1. Honestly the rng in suppression makes it worse of a mechanic sometimes. I can still fondly remember when a slightly different ultima laser pattern made surviving incredibly rough dodging. Still think it's excellent though.

  2. I think the biggest issue with looper is just the tethers doing weird things. I personally really like it, there's a ton of optimisation and adjustments that you can do to make it super smooth, once my group figured it all out it was pretty satisfying to execute. Otherwise I pretty much agree with your list, maybe moving a couple things up or down a tier 😛

  3. A couple things I feel like I have to mention.

    You took off points for something being thematically cool but mechanically mediocre, which 100% makes sense in this list. I personally think that something feeling intense and cool narratively means it deserves to be considered more highly in your Ultimate rankings video. If you haven't guessed by now, I'm still talking about your DSR ranking. You rank a lot of mechanics really well and take off points based on it being thematically cool, but your overall ranking of DSR doesn't reflect that. I think you hit the Nael on the head for (most) of the mechanics though.

    I DEFINITELY think you misranked DOTH and WOTH. Wrath is a super fun and fast-paced mechanic (A rank), and DOTH is both of those things, intense, fun, and SO satisfying to pull off. Sure, meteors feel a bit tacked on, but it's more like a mini victory lap to remind you there's still a fight going on after the relief of getting through dooms, knockbacks, positioning, and gaze. It's an easy easy easy S rank for me.

    Solid list overall though.

    Edit: Oh and looper is the worst mechanic they've ever made. Pure garbage.

  4. So I did a Point system for u and did it 3 ways. UCOB & TOP both have 11 listed Mechanics TEA and DSR have 10 listed Mechanics and poor UWU only has 8 listed Mechanics.

    1. 3 > 2 > 1 > 0 > -1 = Total Points
    This gave your rating to: TOP(16) > DSR(15)=UCOB(15) > TEA(11)=UWU(11)

    2. 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1 = Total Points
    This Didnt Change the order just the total Values: TOP(41) > DSR(40) > UCOB(37) > TEA(31) > UWU(28)

    3. Average Points Per Mechanic
    This was done cause UwU only has 8 Mechanics vs 10 for DSR/TEA and 11 for UCOB/TOP your Order changed to: DSR(4) > TOP(3.7) > UWU(3.5) > UCOB(3.3) >TEA(3.1)

    So according to this u have TOP with highest overal value but lower average Value than DSR with UCOB and UWU suffering from being the first ultimates and TEA is the bastard child that is stuck between his better brothers XD

A mention for Sanctity, I love it but I hate that there's a pattern that just either you wipe or you need extremely good coordination/fast analysis to see "Cursed and Role rotate" to make it go E/W instead of N/S. This is often overlooked because it's super early in the fight but if it was later we'd be calling this the worst mechanic they've ever done.
