See when i get to this point i Angrily start doing a relic weapon step. Or grinding something to 90. Or ust sit there and go colkect like 1000 of each crystal bc i can.
Relic wise i sm now ALMOST done with HW WHM and i. I have forsaken the ARR one lmao at book 4/9
Yeah this is normal. By the time we get to the X.5 patch of each expansion, people have mostly moved on to other things until the next expansion. Only the really dedicated or really casual players stay subbed all expansion.
I might one of the few that isn’t bored with XIV right now
My daily doses and times when I chat with my mates always keep me online, it’s all I could ask for really.

Not bored, just other games grab my attention more, waiting for 6.5 for the glams they showed and hairstyles viera will get. Also being alone help with not wanting to play more.
Honestly. I'm thankful for xiv for not being suffocating and stressful in forcing you to play. So yes I agree. So many people have been spoiled in this game and they're unaware. Just chill. It's a game. Breaks are okay. It doesn't mean the game isn't putting effort anymore. Xiv isn't the only game out there.

I don't know what it is, but I always begin to feel the burnout RIGHT as a new patch is about to drop.
Like yesterday I didn't feel like logging in and doing dailies, so instead I just did my weekly raid lockouts.
But in the back of my mind I know 6.5 is next Tuesday so I gotta do something or I'm going to miss out XD
Yoshipapa is too kind to us… if I was him I'd boot every single "bored" player from the servers and give them a real life task list to clear before they can come back online. And it will always start with taking a 45 min walk outside!
only reason im not bored is cos i have a LOT to do tbh. MSQ? all good. eureka? bozja? v&c dungeons? shared fates? leveling jobs? pvp? ive got so much!
When players aren't used to healthy relationships with their devs/games. 🤷🏻♂️
