  1. Silence duration wasn't the problem with redmage. Silence cool down is. Purify is on a 30 second cool down. RDM silence is on a 20 second cool down. That's a 10 second window that exists with zero counterplay. You can't run because RDM has a gap closer. You can't guard because silence. You can't purify because 10 seconds before it's available. Crowd control should only be able to punish mistakes, not guarantee free damage.
