The one time I really wanted to visit another world, and it was broken. π
Sadly, I know somebody somewhere will be stupid enough to buy a gil sink mount off the market board for over the vendor price. π€¦ββοΈ
On the one hand visiting other data centers would be cool, on the other hand it already takes me too long to check my data center's marketboards for the best prices! π±

I just checked out the PS5 beta, great updates. I was curious if anyone could help me with 2 things.
1) when I swith to 4k UI it makes the size massive. Do I need to switch the % in the HUD settings?
2) if I go to 4k It looks very choppy. I think it is because I am so used to 60FPS.
If people are reselling the mounts I would be looking close at those if I was SE – purchases like that could be a smoke cloud for some shady RTM transactions
This reinforces my comment about it being a good thing they want to release the DC transfer system BEFORE 6.0 comes out. If everything breaks, I'd rather it be now rather than expansion launch day. I hope they put patch 5.5.7(8-9) out about a month or so before 6.0 release to make absolutely certain that the world/DC transfer system won't adversely impact the game when it matters most.

Data Center- wide market boards would be amazing
I hate hopping on a different server and seeing items go for far less or far more than I paid for it
Getting stranded on another world has some real consequences. You can't sell anything, can't access retainers or take advantage of patch day sales. You can't access timed nodes, Ishgard fetes, or even empty your inventory, unless you fancy vendoring what you don't want. Players who do ultimates or are leveling jobs have gear sets stored on retainers, all of that is unavailable. It's pretty amazing how much of this game revolves around storage :). You can't play with your FC or with your friends. That said, they were wisely cautious in fixing this, since any fixes could have created even worse issues. I was very surprised to see this happen since bugs like this are so rare in FFXIV. It may take some time before they can completely sort out what happened and I wouldn't count on data center visit anytime soon, but I think it will happen someday. My thanks to the players on Midgardsormr who welcomed about 500 of us very generously, and kept us informed of Hunts and other events we could participate in.

LOL, I've been involved in server arbitrage since the world visit was implemented.. Guess I'll have to start gathering and crafting again..XD
um i beat all new stuff in 45 mins it wasn't much at all to be honest and raid say 60 min so say 2 hours really
i lost some my gears too im piss i wrote gm letter no word yet after the patch i was missing stuff
