If Papy's time is mostly spent correcting Yda, then doesn't that imply that either Yda should be Fail or Papy should be "B"? They can't be equally as bad by that statement. And to say Papy is C after what he does – ouch. I think out of every scion Minifilia is the most disappointing and boring, even more than Tataru – at least Tataru makes some effort while Minfilia just goes to dinner parties and stays in her office.
And no mention at all of Haurchie? If this is supposed to be ranking different scions? Lyse, Ysale, are not scions – neither was the Crystal Exarch. Technically Tataru is just the admin assistant for the scions and I don't really think of her as a scion. If they are going to be included then so should Aymeric (or however you spell), Haurchie, and other characters who moved the story.

Okay, Preach's reason for marking down Alphi on the SHB tier list kinda doesn't make sense. The rationale he gave was that Alphi spent a year outside Eulmore and couldn't get in and then he, rather the WoL, shows up and then they get in. Maybe I'm missing something here but Alphi spent a year figuring out that you can't just waltz in there and he spent the time helping out the surrounding people's getting their trust and generating business links; not mention that the reason you were finally able to get in was due to Alphi's artistic skills. Basically Alphi did all the grindy side quests for the WoL who eventually tags along with Alphi. Anyone who saves me from having to do grindy side quests deservers a couple of extra points. But that's just me. 😜
