Taking from the story beats of the Arkasodra tribal quests, the dragons seem like the next race for the subsequent rank. Sworn rank would be for the Nibirun, and we're going to use the newfound existences of the other races to convince them that there's a point to living (possibly?)
This tribal quest reminds me alot about the fae quests in Il Meg. Building the dream world for the fairies
