Need level 60 crafting or gathering job and access to idyllshire. Accept quest go west craftsman in mor dhona. Go to idyllshire and complete quest. Accept with open arms quest and unlock Zhloe Aliapoh custom delivery client. Scrap salvager has items for crafting the turn ins. Craft 3 at a time so u dont waste gil cause u level up quick and items switch after each rank up. Must be level 55 to turn in items.
