The weapons look like Magitech gear, so they're likely the Scaevan Magitech Sage and Reaper weapons to be added to the vendor in Rhalgr's Reach.
I do hope that not all scythes will have to fold, since we do have the Blackbosom scythes on other classes already that don't fold, and I feel like them folding kinda ruins the look when sheathed.
I would also love longer hair options, even if there is clipping. Especially if we get an Ysayle hairstyle.

Given Reaper and Sage start at 70, nothing before the Stormblood poetic gear will happen.
That's definitely the Great Lengths hairstyle we already have; I have it on my Lalafell and that's exactly how it looks. That being said, I am hyped for everything those posts hinted at— thank you for showing us what's on the Instagram!
Don't know if that is a Lala hair, but that hair is in game. I use it often.
I feel like it's the sage raid weapon considering it looks a bit like the raid gear

about that lalafell hairstyle – looks like it's the on my lalafell's hair are styled atm (except mine is black with red highlights :D)
The scythe is more likely modeled after the pickaxes since they do that. I really like the look of it personally and I'm excited to see glowy scythes. Would love to see one for Nidhogg. Also the crab minion is now called Dr.Zoidberg lol.

Ribbon in Endwalker is cool smile for old Final Fantasy players (as FF XIV always does :d) because ribbons was often use as ultimate headger for character (because their protection of all status ailments) and (with some exceptions) you can get them mostly at the end of game.

I'm guessing the ribbons are a new style of fashion accessory. I really hope they play with those a bit. I'm holding out for crutches or a wheelchair eventually. There are so many possibilities for that system and it will be great to have more than just parasols and on pair of wings

I'm wondering if that layout of the potential sage weapon is how they idle float on your back? Like the original is just 4 in idle in a row like wings, but what if they form a circle and slowly rotate? That would be epic. The hype is real.
