  1. for P7 with the unused fruit. I think an interesting way they could do them is if they numbered them 1 2 and 3, and then they would go off like wicked wheel. Where you have to stay out at the first one and then go in and you have to rotate around the big triangle to each one to dodge the aoes

  2. I think in P8S phase 2 gonna be Erichthonios (P1S boss) like they did with Gaia. The black grid also the same as Intemperance with moreeeeee he can throw at us

  3. One thing I noticed in p7 is during certain cast bars such as holy, there was a white/blue ring around the boss. The pattern or color of that ring could determine the mechanic like Gloryplume

  4. I call massive shenanigans on Hemitheos Holy (p7) being a SPREAD rather than a stack. Since like Stormblood, any boss attack with 'holy' in its name has been a stack. Even P1 followed that trend. Now suddenly it's a spread AoE and I'm not ok with that.

  5. Really great video, as always. I believe you went as far as one could reasonably go with the predictions. It's tough, there are so many variables and changing any one of them could have a domino effect on the rest of the fight.

    Personally, I'm really excited for this tier. The fights on normal were amazing, in my opinion, but also… This will be my second savage tier. I experienced a lot of growing pains in Asphodelos Savage, specially because most of my clears were through pf. I did clear the whole thing multiple times, though, and now I feel ready for the next one.

  6. there's magic wands around carbuncle when he does some mechanics, so the names of the mechanics are def gonna be the same, but you gotta watch if it's magic or physical i feel.
    also about the cone possess thing where players look away in p6, i almost feel like maybe in savage, you're suppose to aim that cone at your own party members, possibly, to let them survive some of the attacks.

  7. The mount was datamined as being the fire bird/dragon, and the text states it shfits forms (similar to ozma). that makes me think there will be a third fire shape besides bird/dragon in the fight

  8. For P5S I feel they might actually start us in the cage, the flooring of the cage might be used for some kind of massive acid upsurge thing we'll need to avoid by going on the parts of the floor without holes

  9. I wonder if they would ever consider randomising the mechanics in these savage fights in the future. The mechanics mostly follow a certain order so it's just a case of memorising what happens and in what order (excluding things like stances etc) until you eventually kill the boss. I would love to see the mechanics randomised as an added difficulty so that players are not pushed into this almost robot-like dance and have to be prepared to resolve mechanics on the fly
