Ayeeee perfect! I'm starting to relearn how to tank :>
Kind of on-topic but for defensive stuff;
When doing dungeons you are almost always best of using your defensive cooldowns on trash mobs between the bosses rather than the bosses themselves. This is part of why wall-to-wall is often done as if you pop Sprint just before you enter combat you have 20 seconds of increase movement to pick up as many mobs as possible. While Sprint is up, most mobs will not catch up to you and therefor it mitigates damage, in a way. Then once you've pulled everything and stop, drop the strongest defensive CD you have up. If the DPS are competent most of the pack will have died during your second defensive CD.
I play scholar as my healer of choice, yet it took me some time to realize that the big shield dome is just -10%, not -90% ^-^;
For those wondering why the 10% in Intervention has an asterisk it's probably because it additionally passes half of Rampart's or Sentinel's mitigation if either are active.
I am curious why Shelltron isn't here, considering it forces Blocks for 20% reduction (pretty much Raw Intuition).
I can only assume next video is how this multiplicative nature makes buffs, on the other hand, better stacked and that's why we have "openers" and such so every time they come off cooldown, everyone's are aligned again for beeg damage.
Just started play ff14 since content in new genesis is going to take a while so it's nice I can come back to the same place for information haha
