I'm excited for Cross DC Travel! Hopefully this helps for a smooth transition. Only wonder if like FC Chat and CWLS will work like they do when you server hop or if they include a new different type of chat.
Hopefully they will fix the EU servers. Wasn't able to log in to my home world since the start of the week.
I shall put my tinfoil hat on and hope for the best! lol

Why would anyone want cross-server play when one's own server has 1000+ queues like mine does .. I don't want 'foreign' players making my queues even worse!
I don't think this has anything to do with cross data centre travel. They are just very concerned about EW launch. Currently on Chaos during peak times you can't even cross server travel for the hunts. I'm also interested on how limited Cross DC travel will be, I can't imagine they will let people do actual content, hunts would just cease to function. I assume its just gonna be towns and housing wards

Doesn't make sense to add DC Travel load to the already stressed servers. Nah this is Endwalker prep only. I think they will need to get more servers b4 they implement DC Ttavel
The last thing we need is cross-DC travel, when cross-world travel is already impossible.
I think it's a bit of a jump to conclusions honestly. We know Cross Data Center travel is coming and they said they're stress testing for Endwalker. They've been nothing but transparent with us in the past so I see no reason to believe this is a veiled attempt at a test that they couldn't do themselves. I mean, how is the player base going to test DC travel for them if it's not in the game already? It's just what they say it is in my opinion.
Why do you people love this game? I dropped this mmo few days ago. It has so many problems and became so unplayable.

Might be timezones, but curious how empty that Mana Gridania is compared to what have seen on Crystal in recent weeks. 😀
