I'm really not impressed by the current game
I'm in the opposite boat, I liked getting the level 50 alliance raids for roulette and being able to get lvl 80 relic pieces while getting the bonus for roulette done and 2 birds 1 stone getting my boring stuff done faster.
Let me guess, two new classes in the next expansion tied to a faceroll leveling experience with more copy pasted formulaec structure. Xiv needs adventure again. New, innovative systems and content that create a surge of interest and noteworthy substance. The game has been out for a good while now operating on its repeated and predictable framework. Content is destroyed within hours after a major patch and feels as though the only reason it has merit is the Main story questline. I do enjoy many aspects of the game but there needs be significant addition to multiple facets of it in order for it to have value and intrigue. The key tenets of an Mmo are missing in Xiv and I hope new Life will be breathed into it once again, rather than simply adding zones for the sake of adding zones that serve little purpose once the pointless quests within the zone have been completed.
I could see them coming into the 1st in order to destroy the void scent of the 13th. They need the light from the 1st. Besides Y’shtola did give out and Easter egg in 6.45. Who knows, this might destroy the Flood of the 1st and restore the light of the 13th. Whatever happens, it will be a great adventure. The screen shot of the dungeon reminds me of Final Fantasy 10, which Kimahri gets his Nova blue mage ability. Other than that, I cannot wait to see how all of Endwalker concludes from 6.0 to 6.55.
Wait, so getting all the EX mounts ends up getting you a dragon as the "final boss" mount? But why a dragon? What significance does a dragon have to Lynxes? I was hoping for a bad ass lion or tiger… Not a dragon…
Did they mention anything about being able to fish traditionally on your Island Sanctuary? That's literally all I care about. I want to sit on my island and fish on my breaks at work using the steam deck. Then my life will be complete.
I hope we get another doll reveal/release in the future. Flesh out that collection.
Oh, we will STILL only see the tower. Folks just do not unlock the sky pirates, the monastery, or the nier raids. So they can just keep doing the bloody tower.
What does "optional items" mean for the armoure?
That new dragon mount looks like Bahamut from FF4?
more pets to catch on the island but not more space to keep them , you have to release one , nope that won't happen , some were such a struggle to catch

While I can appreciate their goal with the alliance raid roulette change, they're doing so in a manner that ignores why players manipulated the system to get crystal tower.
Okay so that Dragon mount IS bahamut specifically its the design for FF4's SNES version sprite when it begins to countdown to its megaflare where you need to cast reflect on everyone to survive it if I recall right. I played the CRAP out of FF4 or 2 as it was known over here at the time so I recognize it right away.
And I recall someone said FF14 isnt meant for long time ff players its only meant for new bloods who generally havent played FFs…..yeah I think we can easily say that wasnt true at ALL.
bird evolves into phoenix, tiger evolves into nine tails, dragon evoles into mecha dragon, lyn evolves into…. dragon with chair?

Zero on the 1st makes me happy, as it means the ShB job quest Epilogue is probably finally integrated with Unukalhai in the patch content rather then just a mention.
i just hope it doesnt mean all characters can visit the 1st yet.
Holy crab. I was not expecting THAT much content in 6.5 but I'll take it.
I do wonder how much more frequently I'll run into people in 70+ raids who "disconnect" right at the start and never return now since I'm absolutely certain there's a solid percentage of players who completely ignore announcements and social media etc. and will have absolutely no idea why queueing in naked keeps landing them in Ivalice

Welp glad I didn’t waste my time with the 6.X trial mounts. 5.X grand mount was “eh” now I can see that 6.X is the same. The best one is Stormblood. The fox feels worth it
