  1. As much as I'm looking forward to Island Sanctuary, I really hope it's not coming in 6.2 directly. There is already so much to do first week, even with Savage being delayed(which I appreciate), that Island Sanctuary would just overwhelm me xD

  2. When I didn't see 6.2.5 next to Island Sanctuaries in the last update, I was clenching my teeth trying not to get hyped. "It's probably a typo," I told myself.

    It's getting more difficult to contain the excitement.

    I'll be happy with whatever we get, because this is clearly bigger than what they originally intended. I cannot wait for more details.

  3. I think they took a look at the release list and thought “We can’t have all the time sinks in 6.25 so which of them can we easily release in 6.2”

    MSQ and Pandemonium are premium content to be sure but they aren’t time sinks, like 1. criterion dungeons, 2. Hildi quests leading into the huge relic time sink and 3. island sanctuary will be.

    I think they needed to bring one of those 3 over to the main patch and island sanctuary is prolly the best fit as we are already aware it will be ever evolving. Just be ready for it to be a bit more bare bones than they intended.

  4. To anyone who has ever played final fantasy 11 seekers of Adoulin expansion, my guess is that Island sanctuary will be a lot like the island sanctuary we had in 11 hopefully more expanded but I am not getting my hopes too high on that regard.

    Now, that being said, I suppose I’m one of the haters. I’m glad that we are getting this content for people like myself who don’t have raid-gasms over savage+ content. However, in the end, all I want is a house to put all of this seasonal event furniture I’ve been stacking onto my retainers for years now. Give me a place to put this junk and I can settle happy.

  6. For me the biggest hype is the savage dungeon. FF needs more challenging content for four players. Look at savage raiding. A small amount of players are participating. Why is that? Because it's too hard? I don't think so. I think there is a large group of people who want more challenging content, but the main obstacle for them is static and lack of time on set days. There will be a lot of those people and this is the perfect solution for them. Finding three other people who have the same mindset as you and can do something is easier than finding seven other people or suffering in the party finder. Everyone hates mythic in wow (mostly they don't even know how it works and don't like it just on principle) but when you take away all the bullshit with keys, mythic dungeons are one of the most fun things in wow. No, I'm not writing that we'll get mythic in FF, I'm just writing that this is a good way to go.
