Wait everyone has their own island? I’ll definitely be messing around with this.
Are the graphics improved on the island or is it my imagination??
Am I the only one that thinks this is dumb af?
I'm tentatively excited.
My only concern about them adding functionality that you normally have to go elsewhere for is that it could affect the social aspects of the game. If you can do all the things on your island then there's no reason to leave and this could have leave the cities and world feeling unpopulated.
LOVE island sanctuary. I wonder if we log off on the island sanctuary if log back into it. I would love to log off and go to sleep on a hammock and the log back in to my character waking up on the beach.
This looks really cute.
they said something about "handicrafts" which is where you get your island scrips from. those will probably be your daily quest style thing like with the tribe quests. more than likely when you unlock it, you will a daily allotment of handicraft turn ins where you collect resources on the island and craft items for the turn ins.
Wonder why they let the action Hotbar in island sanctuary have combat skills if there'll be no combat. maybe they should consider a separate Hotbar for the island sanctuary like there is with pvp, tbh
