Fortnite is well known for stealing common gestures and animations from pop culture for its emotes. See the Scrubs turk dance, and the carton dance from freshprince. This animation is jsut a love heart a common gesture in anime, fortnite loves taking pop culture gestures and idiots love thinking its thier original creation.
