UPDATE: As of 6.0, relocation will no longer bypass the hidden timer. This means that the strategy of "grab any plot, then relo" won't work anymore, and popular plots (including mediums and larges) will all have to be camped.
This seems to be the only change for 6.0, as the lottery system itself will only start with 6.1.
