This is a level 90 side quest located in Radz-at-han from the Radiant Scout at (X: 4.8 Y: 11.9). You must have completed the level 90 main scenario quest “Buried Memory” for this side quest to appear. I cannot believe that this is all in a side quest, this is such a HUGE amount of lore on the main story villains! I’m so glad that I was told about this quest, otherwise I doubt I ever would’ve done this or gotten any of this information. I hope this video is able to show others who didn’t know about this quest all this juicy hidden lore!
