The system really does make me leery to even friend people because of the fact you mentioned—you can never truly delete someone! I have heard horror stories of some folks still getting stalked even after Data Center transfers, too. 😥
Think there isnt really a way to see who deleted you aswell, the only way i found was, that it doesnt show any teleport options for estate teleport anymore. Kinda annoying when trying to clean up your friendslist.
