For the helm I tried the tora kabuto (the Chinese new year headpiece with the tiger from the last event) It did not work. So I doubt the others will.
The Silver Tora Kabuto apparently does NOT count for gold.
how about the gloom purple as easy 80 solution ? if you possess the correct choker already Kasumi sells the correct dye for 40 gil per pot
for jewels of green: always look at your retainers and inventory etc. you may possess some greenish choker by chance from low level business done in times long ago.
This is the easiest eighty I have seen yet. Talk about good MGP to gil!
