Bunny Crown is only 14,000 MGP, if you buy it from the Campaign Attendant (Make it Rain Event).

The shoes can be bought from the Itinerant Moogle using irregular tomestones from last event.
If you have a squadron, you can get a 15% MGP buff voucher from one of the missions which is 5% more than Jackpot II.

If you don't have the bunny crown: Look for the event prize vendor for cheaper prizes in front of the prize claim. You can save a little MGP, but it has to be a different vendor than usual. (When I first joined it was during this event and I had no clue, was buying this stuff full price at first.)
Carbuncle slippers from the cash shop also work for this, I have the blue ones but I'm sure the others work too. Used Bunny Chief crown, carbuncle slippers, some Ruby Red pants and a top I had because forgot to stop by a vendor for the right dye, dyed the nails slate grey and got 87 and now have a cute pajama outfit. If your Warrior of Light is a viera, the bunny ears won’t work. I was able to get an 89 with the slippers, rolanberry red legs, slate gray gloves, and the Sharlayan robe.

Just a note – it appears that the body piece can be any of the ones that drop from the last two chests. I assumed it had to be the "Sharlayan Pankratriast's xxxxx". So I ran Gubal like 10 times and did not get that coat. So I tried using the "Sharlayan Pathmaker's xxxx" and got 100 points. Don't be like me and run Gubal 10 times for no reason.

Thanks! I got a flat 80 with bunny crown, sunset orange dye (body), goobue gray (hands), dalamud red (legs), and snow white (feet). At first i got 79 because i dyed my body with dalamud red, but i figured mesa red actually belongs to the orange/brown colors so i swapped my body dye with sunset orange which gave me that extra 1 point i needed.
