I'm genuinely so hyped. We just need to hold on for the next 6 months but the beautiful glorious Dawntrail expansion is DELIVERING SO MUCH AMAZINGNESS THAT I WANT!!!!!!!

Dawntrail seems to be better in when it comes to content if you compare it to EW, at least on paper.
DT looks promising, but I still need to seem more gameplay and mechanic changes as that matters to me most. Especially some good healer changes.

between the mamool ja style and setting, and the style of solution 9 … im getting theme whiplash, i dont like it.
Personally dont think cyberpunk/cyberstyle stuff has any place in a fantasy game with very few exceptions, and ffxiv still does not fit the bill imo.
Pictomancer has me going nutty tho, thats going to be so cool !

FINALLY WE HAVE FEMALE HROTHGAR
Everything thats been shown for Dawntrail has been great. The wait for female Hrothgar, the design is pretty much spot on for what I wanted, got an alt character just waiting to fantasia. Pictomancer looks so good too, the effects are unlike any other job. Can’t wait to see where the story goes to explain some of these areas we’ll be going to.
Seeing the full reveal I'm more interested than I expected. I'm such a fan of my bunny after all this time the only possible race that could make me Fanta is a half bull half human race that are shorter but incredibly wide and tough picture a ff take in dwarves but cow. The woman are opposite of viera wider and short stack they have more cow like horns.

I think the coolest thing is that Yoshi P said that they are going to give EVERYONE a Phantasia so that they can redo their characters to take full advantage of the new graphics overhaul. Judging from the fact that they mentioned specifically for certain races that they will retain options similar to what they have now while also offering more nuanced options that there will be some additions to character creation and I'm somewhat looking forward to it. The thing that I'm NOT looking forward to is the amount of congestion that this is likely to bring when everyone tries to do it day 1 of early access. If the stress test went well with the cloud servers I kind of hope they have them implemented by 7.0's launch and that they are able to mitigate congestion for the most part during the launch window with the knowledge that the game will die down after people get through the initial MSQ. Right now I"m debating whether I want to simply step back and level up Viper before starting the MSQ or if I'll just go into it with my current main job of Reaper. Most likely I'll just stick with Reaper for the main MSQ playthrough and then take my time to level the other jobs during the interim between 7.0 and 7.1, though I'll likely need to level one of every role for role quests so I may end up leveling Viper much later as I'll likely try out Pictomancer for caster plus Sage, MCH, and GNB.

Yo Dawntrails is looking sick. Both new jobs look really fun to play, Tural now looks really interesting, new limited job, Eureka content here we gooooo, BOTH new raids look really intriguing, there's all the system updates like dyes the whole graphics update, and they STILL manage to find resources for the Endwalker solo stuff like life-style content and variant dungeons. Big hyped.
I really wish they hadn't shown us the cyberpunk area though. I wonder if they thought the hype wasn't high enough so they decided to show it to us. I suspect that's the "top secret" thing they were hiding from that art piece in the second fanfest since it was in the cowboy area and now they showed it to us.
One negative though is that from their wording, there might be only one ultimate. I personally couldn't care any less about ultimates, but it would probably suck for raiders to not have one ultimate in 2 years.
