OKAY For real though guys Ninja right now is CRACKED. I am interested to see how trick attack combos will look like now that we have literal raiton combos with Raiju and Kamaitachi, going to take some practice figuring out the optimal rotation for that. Overall I am very happy with it, can't wait to play it. <3
As might've been pointed out to you elsewhere, the reason Ninja (and every other physical job) is getting a bunch of potency nerfs is that they're also recalculating how physical damage is done; before, potencies were arbitrarily inflated to give parity with magic potencies, bc physical weapons actually had lower base/default damage than magic ones did, so the backend math is going through a bunch of revisions to put everyone on the same page. That means most things are going to go down somewhat, with any increases being doubly notable.
Huraijin going to be useful for every time someone pulls the boss before you're set up. c.c
Edit: Feels like the reason it is at 60 is because it's attached to a Job Quest that I guess is supposed to be loosely related to it? I don't know. It's very strange. What was at 60 before?
huraijin is great when you accidentally lose your huton, for example if you're dead, or you didn't use armor crush and it expired.
Potency nerfs arent really gonna be felt (beyond the stat crush that's already happening) I think. They had to change a bunch of math because everything was fucky.
