thoughts on the ninja in terms of trick attack boosting raid damage? i just noticed you said no raiding utility.
Week 2 or 3 are better to make a real tier list. Here my opinion :
BLM is still on top in caster, the reason RDM is so popular week 1 is for prog only with the instant raise they have. SMN going to get potency buff imo.
BRD is top range right now with good dps and giving party buff compare to mch dps. DNC is DNC, not the best but every dps love to be partner.
MNK is better than RPR but RPR is easier. Both prob gonna have a small potency nerf or SAM going to have a small tweek/buff to catch up to them. DRG seems to be in a good place rn. NIN tweek was good but there's a good chance to receive a small potency buff.
DRK is prob the best sub tank and war/pld are good main tank. GNB pretty much in between.
I dont know much of healer but they seems pretty balance in utility. May need a slight dmg buff on some but i dont know them enough.. i hear whm have MP problem but it might be player issue too.. cant say.

So this tier list only takes into account the damage output for classes? Kind of disappointing more was taken into consideration especially on the tanks.
It's accurate from just looking at stats and numbers, but I really don't feel it's an accurate representation of the jobs themselves.
Playing DRK feels like a C-tier job aside from damage, RDM is S-tier just because of prog and insta-raise being extremely valuable, and BLM/SAM are very personal skill DPS jobs that only get better later in patches.
I will say RPR is probably the most deserving of an S-tier. Everything about it from damage to personal gameplay is spot on for being the best job right now.
Think it's too earlier in savage to be including anything from there. This is especially true with the BLM vs RDM popularity which undoubtedly will swap as people get comfortable with the fights and those BLM numbers will rise a fair bit. Similar will likely happen with samurai as they are a bit more demanding on their rotation. I also wouldn't have dancer in B, they are a low C almost D tier atm. Their group utility is largely just more damage for the group and as you can see in logs even accounting for that they are significantly behind.
I'd also say that the choice for tank might be correct for savage for the other 99% of the game it's not even comparable to warriors supremacy. Which is also why you see them being the #1 choice outside the final boss because basically the vast majority of the communities tanks are warriors unless force to switch, like on the last boss and honestly I think that's just a damage thing(and literally the only reason DRK has any players in the top end).

Ninja's opening got changed after there changes with one of there main mechanics of how to utilize there forked and fleeting raiju plus the changes of bunshin towards there phantom.
This seems too early to really do a tier list I say give it a month before you rate on peoples clears that are still VERY low

"Gunbreaker lacking self healing" – what are you on about? Aurora is always ticking, its not massive but with a few brutal shells theres some sustain. But the really egregious thing is ignoring heart of corundums healing.
When a tier list is done can it be done for how they perform in their roles please, rather than damage…………..
When i play a tank i want to know what is the best TANK, not the best dps.
WAR is easily S rank, and its by far the best tank currently, not just for raiding but for anything.
PLD is the only tank cant break p4s striking dummy with ilvl580 (most of them werent cardfted), when i broke it with all tanks, speaking as someone got rank 37 in 5.4 as pld
Pooling in Samurai with DRG is pretty wrong imo. DRG is still reliant on the rest of the party's performance without providing any prog benefits like Mantra or Arcane Crest.
Samurai can pump similar rDPS as reaper and mnk by just having higher personal dps. Its mainly just that they dont have anything to help with prog.

It's all personal preference, but this seems like a decent list to me. I honestly think I would put DNC in C tier with NIN, they're just so weak with no real benefit over MCH. PLD lags significantly behind the other tanks, but they do have a ranged uptime phase and hallowed ground. Personally, I'd put them in C, just because their damage is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other tanks. Unlike most other comments (as of now), I agree with you in that GNB is the best tank — they're comfy, they're strong, they're tanky. They are often outdone in damage by DRK, but DRK is not at all comfy and they feel way more squishy than GNB too.
Just, gross tier list.
Tiers, tiers, tiers …. typical ex WoW player … the thing us FFXIV-ers enjoyed for so long was the lack of tier convos, making the jobs (wow classes) much less competitive. Now with all these ex-wow hardcore players we're getting it here … we don't want it. If you come over from WoW, you come into the spirit of our game, not all this competitiveness. I bet you're running illegal damage meters too … go back to wow!
