One comparison everyone always makes in the Endsinger fight after the cinematic, every boss has their enrage mechanic when you do savage/extreme if you don't meet the dps in a set time. That moment Maker's Ruin plays, Ensinger is in her soft Enrage while you're in your Enrage/phase 2 cause she failed the dps check. Just a fun joke on it. Another thing to notice is when you go into that phase, her hair gets messed up and her wings are kind of slouched if that's the correct word.
During the 3 option parts:
Option 1: " Acceptance! At long last!" Zenos happy you're finally giving him the fight he's been waiting for.
Option 2: "Still choose to be a hero." Zenos just going with the flow and playing the role of the antagonist.
Option 3: "Finally decide to kill him" Zenos getting the death match.
Difference between the first and third in my opinion is you're giving him the chance he's been waiting for while the other is you wanting him dead in general.
Edit:
Depending on the option you choose, the zoom in on your face into the instance changes too. Between a smirk, a neutral expression, or a "I'm tired of your shit" expression for lack of better words.
Not gonna lie, choosing the top option out of the three Zenos gives you, and just giving in to it for a brief moment, gives a very, very satisfying reply and finale.
