The rains have ceased, and we have been graced with another beautiful day. But you are not here to see it.

*SPOILERS*

Reee 🙁 This is a double whammy. Final Fantasy usually hits us with only one emotional moment per scene. But here we get two. Elidibus and the Crystal Exarch both having touching and powerful moments, with Elidibus delivering one of the most powerful and iconic lines of the series. Also my Lalafell is cosplaying Noctis, and rips on FFXV for comic relief.

There’s a few things I would like to have done better with this performance. First of all, I know my lockdown hair looks like a unicorn. It had grown beyond my control, and I got it cut the next day. Second, I wish I’d chosen a more emotionally expressive voice for Elidibus. I based him on Werner Herzog, since in his early appearances he comes across as a cold, calculating mastermind. But here he proves otherwise. Thirdly, I hope I didn’t overuse the close-up shot. There’s many long gaps where no-one’s talking, and I thought I could spruce them up with the Streamer React Zoom Cam. That said, here is my reaction to the acclaimed Feelsbringers. I hope you enjoy.

  1. First of all, I know my lockdown hair looks like a unicorn horn. I cut it after this stream. Second, I wish I'd chosen a more emotionally expressive voice for Elidibus. I modified it once I saw him become a child. I hope it does this iconic scene some sort of justice. Thirdly, I hope I didn't overuse the close-up shot. There's many long gaps where no-one's talking, and I tried to spruce them up with the Streamer React Zoom Cam. That said, this is my first reaction to Feelsbringers, getting absolutely rekt by not one but TWO heavy hitting emotional moments. I hope you enjoy.

  5. I laughed pretty hard when I realized you used the generic ancient one voice on Ardbert's line, whilst using Ardbert's for the friendly ancient one's line XD

    But seriously speaking, I'm surprised that the greater part of your Elidibus has similar tone and nuance to the original. Different sounding voice, of course, but similar pattern still.
    Is this your villain preference at work again?

    But then again you also did G'raha pretty well (in my personal opinion).

    Ps:how you survived seat of sacrifice while zooming in so close kinda baffled me
