  1. I really feel like theres not THAT many people who outright hate Eureka/Bozja content, but (at least myself and those ive talked to) feel like its being held back by its over-focus on forcing group content. NM's need better scaling for how many players are around, progress content like the raids in bozja needs to be able to scale/be soloable, ect. I really dont hate content like it, but even doing the last zone of the Bozja content a couple months after release made it INSANELY harder to finish. Id love to see more content like those zones, but I dont want to feel punished for not doing it day 1. Here's hoping that if it comes back in 7.0 that it's better.

  2. There's also a good chance we'll go to the Northern part of Tural in 7.0 as well. It's likely still clouded as they don't want to spoil anything too early.

  3. Yoshida was asked how longthe new world arc would last and he said they have potentially two expacs worth of story depending on patch cycles so the northern part could be a follow up expac

  4. I don't think we are only exploring toral in new world . call me crazy, but I don't think there's enough room for 6 zones. I think we are going North for more of the zones.

  5. Something I wanna point out in reference to F!Hrothgar is the voice at the end of the trailer. A feminine one in both English and Japanese. Given we’ll be meeting the person in 6.55 more than likely, I would bet on two things:
This being a female Hrothgar that requested us, and for the official reveal at the next FanFest.

  6. Personally I just want the zones to be BIG and unlocked over time. Overall less zones but the size and dense amount of content making it even itself out.

  7. Giant and smaller races… suddenly I am getting a Gulliver's Travels vibe…
We may possible see a horse race too, like centaur race.
Possible another floating city (Laputa) as the golden city they mentioned, and possibly be Elpis in our current time.

  8. Hey meoni, v informative video as always! Tiny note on pronunciation (no one has gotten it right yet admittedly) : it's a really uncommon word but cenote is a Spanish word that is actually pronounced "se – no – teh "

  9. The easiest answer for the "why us? Of all people" maybe has to do because of the "ex-scions" fame as solvers of political conflict… if we backtrack a bit to the very end of 6.0 that would not be too crazy, but still needs some what of and explanation.

  10. In Old Sharlayan you cannot swim, but there's water. It will be the same in Tuliyolaliuyuylillautu 😀 (so hard to say for me xD)
I am curious if the Gilgamesh is somehow related to Giants race, or is it more about Gigas'es.
Also, that plateau looks like a Smily face with one eye bigger 😀

  11. Sure it looks nice and all but what's there really to "explore". The gameplay side of things needs a big overhaul as far as the open world is concerned. The villages can look as nice as they want to, ultimately you want have anything to do in them. Same with XVI.

  12. So our dnd group had just started our expedition on chult for toa right before the trailer released. We were thrilled that the new expac basically takes us to 14's chult. Hyped as heck.

  13. As a Southamerican who is also part native (Tehuelche) Im very impressed with the research they have made.
Urqopacha is a straight up Quechua name: Urqu (Mountain) Pacha (Land, Planet, Earth) and since this part is very close to the Andes Altiplano it makes a lot of sense. The natives of those parts, who are the descendants of the ancient Incas are smaller than usual people due to the high altitude and low oxygen there. Also the Pelu Pelu kinda wear Andean attire so it is definitely a fictionalised version of them.

Now as the for the giant tribe it also rings familiar since it sounds how the Spanish described the Tehuelches since they were a lot taller than the average european of the time (over 6 feet tall on average – my great grandpa was 6’9! – I’m barely 5.2 tho, the tall gene skipped my generation lmao) and the spanish were also a bit prone to exaggeration = giants lol Patagonia basically means “big feet people land”. Now while those two peoples are from different regions and other than some trade and a few related traditions, for how CBU3 seems to fuse cultures together it makes sense to make the giant people and the smaller inhabit the same fictional but not so fictional space.

I’m sooo very excited for the new expansion and hopefully they add an ACTUAL Poncho to the game without sleeves, cos a poncho with sleeves is not a poncho, it’s a sweater! A PONCHO SHOULD NOT HAVE SLEEVES… and yeah THAT’s my sole pet peeve with XIV lol
