  1. I'm hoping the dash is a Role Action oGCD that doesn't completely get rid of the unique gap closers. Maybe steal a charge from each of them to reduce weaving and up the potency to accommodate the loss? If it was and appeared early enough, it would also mean PLD finally has a gap closer for UCOB/UWU.

    WAR and GNB definitely won in terms of flash (GNB finally completing the Squall LB set was very nice), but I'm curious to see how the 30% mit buffs are going to affect PLD and DRK, assuming it doesn't just lead to all jobs having their big mit do spike damage as well.

  2. About PLD : It would be really cool if Passage of Arms (aka Angel Wings) gave you Confetior Ready (aka being able to do the Confetior skill combo). It is a bit unclear whether the chain from Requiescat is still running at that time as shown in the video.

  3. It is sad because the pld and war gap closer looking like they do damage but the drk and gunny aren't. It will be interesting if this is right or not and i wonder what the meta will be in the end. So hyped fur gunny but why does the Pld still have clemency 😭 come on it is a damage loss.🥹

  4. DRK and GNB getting new non-damage gap closers. Both are the tanks with too many buttons during burst. So i guess it is to reduce that.
    RIP plunge tho.

I agree that they shouldn't have gutted the gapcloser animations but it would be really weird if something like Plunge where you swing the sword overhead and leap at the enemy to hit them with the sword did no damage. It would be like bard's repelling shot where it just feels weird where something that looks like it's doing damage isn't actually doing that.

  6. Dark Knight at 14:41 I think may be using a new sustain mechanic, as I don't recognise that animation and it has a "healing" colouration to it. Unless that's the new combined Blood Weapon/Delirium.
