  1. There more than likely will be more furniture items not shown that will be released that you can find under "preview items" and then find the newly released items pinned at the top. Just be warned of possible spoilers connected to some previewable items.

I'm curious about the secondary rightsholder, like in the event the main owner isn't on anymore etc, I wonder if there's a certain time when the secondary can become the main holder, just so they don't lose the housing due to not logging in, hopefully the secondary can just log in so the house doesn't become foreclosed.
