I find the PotD flooring useful as a ruler for setting up stuff like that.
the vendors you can place in your own house/apartment can also sell these items so it saves on running back and forth so much
now for them to increase the placement limit in houses/apartments!
The problem with that curved partition, is that it's currently bugged and does not reflect the lighting properly. For example, if you set your lighting to 0, it's still white when all the other marble partitions get darker. Hope they will fix that.
Its a "cool to have"-item… Not sure if I ever use it… Also not sure if we can actually place any wallmounted items on them. And even if, there would be clipping, depending on how large the item in question is…
That setup with the windows you have is gorgeous
Honestly the seam in the marble doesn't bother me that much, I just justify it as an in-universe seam, since those will exist as you rarely have big enough pieces of marble to cover the whole wall (well the bottom of the wall but still).
Regarding the seam, you need to rotate the marble partition (non curved).

I was SO excited to get these! I use the marble partitions in my house, so this was a godsend.
Like most of us when it comes to housing, we're on the outside looking in. Like Ginger Prime says, "I HATE THE FFXIV HOUSING SYSTEM."

is it viable for apartments?
I wish you could place wallpapers onto these partitions, i am not a fan of smooth walls especially since i moved to ishgard all to have a mor rough stone work apartment
