  5. Most of the ffxiv people are down with whatever you want to play. There's so many amazing story points and epic events even with raids that most people will enjoy any of your content to see your reactions to it

    There are going to be assholes in every game, it's unavoidable. However, I think the community as well as the systems in place and even just the play style of the game really gives incentives to be welcoming, kind, and respectful to others in-game. It's pretty fantastic.
