I feel like Final Fantasy XIV may be one of the scariest games I’ve ever played… all thanks to that beautiful and frightening woman, Natsuko Ishikawa. She sure does know how to scare the dirt off a popoto. Not gonna lie, I think 14 is far more frightening than Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Amnesia, FNAF and all the rest. What was your scariest moment in FFXIV?
I thought Sineaters were horrified until i see how people corrupted in Endwalker.
With Sineaters, they are like zombies in most cases: mindless, corrupted through wounds (assuming stabs, scratches, bites) and victim just slowly corrupted in pain. At least you can hide from them and fight back
But the corruption in Endwalker is just insane: you have negative feelings, you're fucked, your aether consumed to every molecules, nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, become a mindless monster and cause even greater fear for all your surroundings
I'm sorry but the whole thing was ruined for me at 00:55 because there is no universe where I will EVER find a Lalafel to be scary.
Not the scariest but definitely one of my first forays into the scary of ffxiv was Edda and haukke manor

Prime choice with the filters for this video, keep up the good work. Also, gotta say, while I love ShB as someone who has been playing since 2.0 EW hit so much harder for me, and also the emotions behind the story of EW just called to me on a more personal level.
