Holmgang being half the CD of Hallowed ground means WAR can do it and PLD can't. What a load. It'll be doable eventually because the dmg is ~147k with Sent/Ramp/Reprisal and food+pot gets even my slightly under geared butt to 121k without echo so…. eventually. But still. Annoying as hell. It MIGHT be doable with the new Holy Shelltron if only the 15% reduction was 6 seconds instead of 4 but no.

Nice, i did this a few days ago it is kinda tough. You dont need holmgang you can just use the 3 buffs and then shake it off and you do not get the vulnerability until the second throw. For suzaku it doesnt seem to matter you get the vuln down regardless. My war is ilvl 549
This is EXACTLY why I have always loved WAR in 14. Normally I'm a huge simp for 11 because it overall has the best versions of each job, but not WAR.
14 WAR just has so much self-sustain. Not to the point of breaking the game but enough to allow for really intense close calls.
I've lost track of the number of times that either I personally or watched another WAR save the day single handedly from a wipe. Great job man

Can you not do this at lvl 90?
Managed to solo quite a few of these with a WHM. Squishy as fck but plenty of damage and heals to compensate. Lilybell saved me more than once

So at least Warriors and Paladins can solo the 60/70 ex’s. It would be nice if some DPS roles besides RDM even had a chance.
