I have completed ANIMA a few times, and decided to make a quick guide in for those who haven’t done one and are hesitant on starting. It’s easily the quickest and most chill relic weapon in FFXIV so I definitely recommend getting into it.
The grind itself takes about 3-5 hours, however farming the poetic materials is the slow part.

One question. There is the option to give out my Zodiac Zeta weapon for the crystals in the first step, but unlike the relics of HW onwards, I need to have my Zeta weapon in hand to be able to buy the replicas on North Shroud. So, before sacrificing my Zeta weapon, do I need to buy all applicable replicas just to not lose access to them (IMO, not worthy it. 8 bank slots versus one), or am I able to buy the replicas once the game tags out that I gave my Zeta weapon in this step for Anima?
I see plenty of guides talking about Anima weapons, and no one seem to give me a straight answer on this matter.

I have also been told that Hunts are a great way to make poetics quick so that may speed up your poetic farm process.
