  1. Great analysis on the matter, but dont you think viking falls under the same category as templar? As in they are both unlikely due to being pretty similar to existing jobs in aestethic and looks. Viking looking like WAR and Templar like PLD

  2. I would prefer a hammer or almost anything else over a scythe for the class that share gear with a dragoon cause aesthetically it would be to similar since as dragoon you can already glam your weapon to a scythe if you spend money in the mogstation and get the scythe from edda

  3. I think it will be a hammer weapon as well. Templar/Temple knight to be more specific. We won’t get reaper or necromancer, anyone who thinks we will are out of their minds. The dev team refused to call rouge a thief because it would make the image of a hero who was a thief seem off putting….a job that raises the dead or a job that literally sounds like its ripping away the life of other people away won’t fly either. The warrior of light/darkness is a hero, not something the people should be fearful of.

  4. Julian Temple(Templar?) directed The Filth and The Fury. The movie was about the Sex Pistols. The Sex Pistols number one song was God Save the Queen. Templars could be god sending knights to save a queen. Also in Delubrum Reginae the last boss "The Queen" uses the ability "God Save the Queen". This is a deep rabbit hole but Yoshi was wearing a "The Filth and The Fury" t-shirt and we know how he is with his shirts. We are also heading to Thavnair or Dalmasca? Bwagi has made appearances recently as well as Stormblood and he is a Fusilier, which the dictionary meaning is a member of any of several British regiments formerly armed with fusils. Queens Knights? In the present day the leader of Dalmasca's resistance Lente's Tears is a young woman claiming to be Ashe, but her age does not match up with Princess Ashe who would be in her fifties by now. Before that Dalmasca had a King. So there's another God Save the Queen Reference or Hydaelyn Save the Queen? Hydaelyn will send the Warrior of Light?

I don't know but, I have the feeling the game is weighing more towards this and away from a scythe. Just because xeno's has a stick coming from out of his ass in the trailer doesn't mean its a scythe and even if it is a scythe it doesn't mean that the warrior of light would use a scythe.

  5. I swear I'm ready for people to be shook if they find out the hint was "rock band" as in rock=Geo, and band=bells and Zenos gets up and has a huge bell he beats people with like the only Hunting Horn main lol.

  6. except i really dont think thats a weapon Zenos would use. a Scythe seems more like his style. plus the supposed weapon we see near his throne in the trailer is WAY too thin and slender to be a hammer

  7. I would love to have a Judge class now that you mention it. Imagine them enhancing's their weapons or the weapons of their allies with fire/water/earth/lighting to do extra dmg.

  8. For the record I did predict saga I predicted in early stormblood expansion, I also predicted Viera blue mage the moon as well as dancer being a playable job. I'm predicting mystic knight for the new melee dps job in endwalker.

  9. So I just did some research on the Arabic on Yoshi-P’s shirt. It says the name Abiha which is a name given to someone named Fathima for her respectable moral character. Which made me think of a judge.
