Good video man but you have a quest that gives you 300 seals instantly after finishing your Grand Company Scenario "For Coin and Country" that's the name of the quest for the flame. You can get the mount in less than 5 min after joining the Company. Keep up.
that exp actually is for your character but it only gives exp to the profession you are handing the items in for, I used this method to finish of the last bit of exp I needed to lvl on my professions to get to the next profession quest
