Number corrections:
I misread Raging Strikes and for some reason assumed it was worth 10% for the entirety of the video. This does not change anything for how you use it, however, the accurate Potency increases are:
3:20 – Bloodletter stockpiling is worth +16.5 Potency.
11:40 – The gain in the example is 15%, which adds up to 45 Potency instead. The conclusion is the same.
