Calling it now, 6.3's coming for Christmas Raiding with the 12 for Christmas here we go.
Keep in mind FF7 Crisis Core Reunion launches on 13/12/2022 and I highly doubt Square want 7 and 14 clashing so I'm inclined to believe it will be a Jan release for the patch
Christmas isn't a public holiday in Japan, so it might get released earlier, allowing roughly two weeks until the new year's week. I'm not sure if that's too close though

directly I know it most likely it would be omega but what if they gave us a curve ball and it's the four lords I think they could have a really cool ultimate and like personally the SB msq I think couldn't work well as a ultimate because of how that story is I think dsr was done really well but we just have to wait and see

Endwalker has been a blast overall for me so far, and getting a new Deep Dungeon with more Island Sanctuary on top of the usual is gonna be EXCELLENT! If they really drop 6.3 in January I'm gonna be pretty sad, but it's understandable. Just seems like people would really like to play new XIV content on their winter breaks. Japan's winter break too, so everyone wins! I guess the issue would be if the dev team gets the break they deserve, cuz that comes first. There's also server maintenance and potential hotfixing if something goes wrong. New Year's is a big holiday for Japan, so…
I've been spending time in HoH in 6.2, and I think I'll be ready for my solo 100 run soon. I'd like to wrap it up before the new deep dungeon comes out, so I can dive into it without having to worry about the old one haha.
Hmmm… I've only done 1-50 in PotD so that I could unlock HoH, and still haven't run it… now may be the time!

There's no raid this patch to race dont forget.. just 24 man and then 6.35 will be the Ultimate 2 months later
All the hardcore Raiders are crying about the gearing system / time hating and here we are trying to catch up with content
The Ultimate is not the most anticipated feature for the vast majority of players. less than 10% of the community even tries an Ultimate.
I would say that the most anticipated feature for the majority of players is going to be either the Deep Dungeon, or the next Myths of the Realms raid (the first one was very well received).
I understand that content creators seem to have a bias towards high end raiders, but most of this (and even WoWs) community (the people who actually log in and play) are not high end raiders, nor care to be.

1. will the ultimate be released with a new raid tier, or will it be unlocked by beating p5-8 savage?
2. what do you think the ultimate will be themed after? (my guess is the stormblood raid series)
I think 6.3 will drop before or after Nov 20 I feel like Dec 6th or 7th
I hope the next Ultimate is Warring Triad. There was no major story for Trials in ARR that had start and finish. In HW onwards there were. Later on I also want to get Four Lords and Werlyt Ultimates, especialy Four Lords at some point
Besides ultimate coil of bahamut weapons, all the other weapons look like ass… To glowy, to flashy, you can't even see the weapons.

Ults always release 2 weeks after the actual patch, in patch 6.31 in this case. So if they release 6.3 right before christmas that would mean the ult will release early jan. Not sure if that works but that's something to consider.
Plot twist ultimate 5 is alternative line of stormblood main campaing and last phase is againts zenos =P
yeah we need a level 90 deep dungeon tbh i just wanna use reaper on more mobs and bosses. imagine if we had a boss rush mode
Why would Omega be the next ultimate? Wouldn't it be Shinryu? Tho, tbf, i'd guess they'll combine Shinryu and Omega. Since they are rivals in Final Fantasy. On another note: 90% of Endwalker's songs where just remixed old songs. Not even the final story boss in Endwalker/the Ascian saga got it's own ost. It got a remix of older bosses ost. I don't see Soken as a good composer but he makes neat remixes, i give him that. Whish we could get bangers like back in Alexander or Warring Triad.
