  1. TY Meoni as always 🙂 I wish they would fixe the time/weather for the gater at least. Last time I threw 9 nets at him and he evaded all. Not wasting time nor mats anymore on those particulare ones like gator, twinkle and grobbue.

The overtuning of the raid is more than "Roughly 1%" because the best players in the world are better than the development team, this change helps some groups out, but I don't think they're telling the whole truth here, because it wasn't a job balance issue, it wasn't potencies on tanks, it was entire WORLD RACING STATICS completely swapping off of their comfort jobs, and playing TRUE META comps, PERFECTLY and still barely beating it.

    That is not "Roughly 1%" and I'm annoyed at Yoshida for lying to us.
    Two pots, perfect meta buff alignment, 99% uptime, no deaths, no damage downs, flawless execution, and STILL sometimes it isn't enough if you don't get enough crits.

    This fight was clearly tested with large gaps between the phases and only half tested with their adjustment for the extra +1 iLevel.

  3. Maybe now I can finally get the 3 spawns I'm missing for my island. It was so frustrating seeing that the goobbue or Twinklefleece or the paissa should be up, after waiting for so long, and then they just weren't there.

  4. I was a victim of the Island Sanctuary bug last week. I got around 19,500 cowries, but I thought "No problem, I'll easily get 17,000 next week!" I ended up with 16,998! đŸ€Ł

  5. That BLMs didn’t get any buffs this time either astounds me given the ratings on fflogs puts BLM halfway down the list of jobs up to 1200dps lower than ninja samurai monk and 800lower than reaper dragoon etc

    On P5S I had a close to flawless run on BLM but in fflogs reaper in my group did 1000+ more damage.

  6. Sadge, still no fix to the rampant Guardian (PVP Cover) abuse on Onsal Hakair (and Seal Rock but you can reclaim tomeliths there but can be annoying to reclaim if highly contested).
    TL:DR, in PVP cover target is totally uninterruptible/"invincible" and can freely claim ovoos even if spot if covered in people aoe-ing or DoTs etc if a PLD is covering them, PLD can use Guard or Phalnyx (PVP Hallowed Ground) to make all that cover damage negliable and avoid things which can knock them away from their target. Even if you manage to knock that PLD away, by the time that is done the cover target has likely already accomplished taking an ovoo from a highly contested spot.
    Since Frontlines can be joined by a team of 4 organised players, there is nothing stopping them from all playing PLD and abusing this to hell with any ovoo they can get to in time. Makes that frontline map way less fun to play imo. I know Yoshi-P said in the 6.2 patch note reading that they plan to do frontline changes and they know about certain issues but couldn't fix in time for 6.2, was hoping 6.21 would fix it though :/

  7. the Rare animal not spawning bug was flipped for me.. if i was off the island or 2 close to the area the animal will just refuse to spawn. only way i could garantie it spawns was if i hung out in the island village section till the spawn requirements where met.

  8. Have they said when the frontline pvp adjustments are? Or was it just "oh this is too busted, give us more time"

    I can't see it ever being a well balanced mode, but it needs *something*. imo at this point the individual modes need major overhauls before the job numbers do, but if they haven't fixed them by now I won't hold my breath.

  9. lmfao pendant wall light…….was that the thing Preach's guild use to make some creative….. things on the wall? No chance, just no chance that they nerfed it based on that lol

    Also love the "our dps was too good so we tuned the fight to be too hard" lol

  10. "Adjusted boss HP down 1% cuz our internal team was too good" is a great patch note…really shows how much they tune compared to certain other companies.
    Dude that "return to island at different locations" happened to me literally EVERY time I logged out or went to a duty on the island. It was nuts, they'd always place me somewhere in the hideaway but it was random every single time and it was pretty hilarious.
    Also good they switched Stigma and Toll of the Bells…glad I got in on the original huge half-mil gil market board prices on those >:)

  11. I had that pasture issue with the black chocobo I just caught. It had the little 'hostile' icon and starving, but hiding well into the woods out of reach, ironically realistic for a wild animal, if anything lol

    Happened to me and my gf when we were taking gposes of our characters on my island. Their names and the minions/signs stayed up and wouldn’t disappear.
