i understand why the off-hand weapon is on the right, but I think it would've looked better if they evened the sides by moving it over to the left or moving it up to next to the weapon..

They should either move legs and feet down a slot, leaving a blank space where belts were, or have the Job Crystal moved over to the bottom left.

What would be cool is for the dev team to implement some sort of simplified gambit system to the trust system, or even a complex one i.e. ff12. But that's probably asking too much.
