Can it run Crysis 4 with RTX ON? Yes if you have a RTX 9090TI.
I dont think it will take 4 years maybe 2 or so. Also they want to get a piece of next gen (PS5/SeriesX so its not shocking that crysis 4 is dropping. Mortal kombat 12 should be announced as well ed boon and the team wants a grab im sure at the next gen tech.

Starwars fallen order 2, is also far in development (2022 possible). Also there is an unanaunced starwars shooter (also by Respawn) and a starwars tactical game from the x-com makers are in development. Also Timesplitters 4 is in development (they wanted to make a HD trillogy but didnt, so that works too)
