if already enjoying game so early on in what is consider the "worse" part of the game, A realm reborn, than when you get to heavenwards/shadowbringer there will be no turning back.
1 thing to keep in mind is that the game dungeon/raids early on are a complete faceroll unless to make a PREMADE MIN. ITEM LEVEL/Echo Silence. This is because higher level player can still join lower level content, even though they are scale down/ivl Sync. its still pretty easy to clear beause its not scale properly.
If you are able to run trials/raids with guild/friends as a FULL PREMADE min. ivl I encourage as it will keep difficulty more enjoyable and not a face roll. Again if you can easily make a premade than is best to continue as normal.
Gotta play what you love playing. Games are about having fun at the end of the day! Either way, both games will be there for you when you need them.
Nice to the point video. <3 Just going to say it, FF14 Shadowbringer is the best expansion I have ever played PERIOD, going back to EQ 1999-2004, EQ2 and WoW for 14 1/2.
The expansion is like WoLK and FF7 all rolled into one. 😉
would love to hear about the fight mechanics comparison , i personally really like the fight mechanism of wow and the things that you should watch out for , also would like to know how is FF end game mechanics and fight mechanics
Personally speaking, your gaming brain is what attracts me to your content. You influenced me (average) and my (average) key team to push harder and learn more, so I am sure I speak for many people when I say that we will support your content no matter what game you play. First time finding this channel, completely agree with the FFXIV stuff. As a WoW Refugee im loving it at the moment.
Video games should be fun in the first place. As you said. I am currently taking a good time off WoW and getting back into fighting games (Guilty Gear Strive is out). Also there is a lot of great games coming for PS5. Btw. Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS5 is the biggest treat.
WOW is safer for content creation FF14 is only now just seeing reasonable workable paying numbers so its quite risky
FFXIV, Nice game when leveling and trying all the jobs (which horrible enough have way to much similar skill sets)..
But then…when you hit max lvl you see you have to wait just as long or longer for content and the amount of overall content feels less then WoW. Doing fates all day and dungeons with less skills (when it is a lower dungeon) gets boring soon also. Or wait let's level a new job and hit that scenario each time with the forced cinematics, you litterly can speak every sentence and wanna slit your wrist when you do it your 100+ time..(still best xp method though so really annoying)…
I loved FFXIV but I'm glad WoW brought 9.0 (I went to FFXIV at WoW pach 8.0).
In short enjoy your FFXIV experience, see you back in aprox a year.

Whoao , I do feel the same right now about these two games, 15 years of WOW and 3 years of FFXIV then IRL made me stop a while. That was a sincere video than I really appreciate, I just resubscribed to FFXIV a month ago since "Shadowlands" is kindda boring right now but what a refreshment FFXIV !!! I know WOW is WOW and so many different memories and feelings but SquareEnix did a great game !!! Yes I will too try 9.1 but for one of the first times not with so much hype for Blizzard ! THANKS a lot for the way you see, express, show and share you way of playing, great ideas and content, my friends and I just love videos you make !!!
keep doing what you do, for you for the reasons what only matters… to you. if you dont, you´ll just end up hating games in general after burning out real bad.
I want to watch TERA and Rift being played and how bad these 2 games are right now compared to WoW and FFXIV.

u should try wow 9.1 if u want , and come bk later for ffxiv , it wont go away , im a ffxiv player , but i also play TBC-Classic , iw given up on retail tbh.
New to your channel. I dont play wow but have been playing ff14 for about 5 months now. Content definitely gets better. Just wanted to say really enjoy your videos, keep up the great work!
I used to love wow it did so much for me growing up, it was my escape. Wow have given me so many wonderful memories and people i stumbled upon. Will forever be grateful for that experience.
But I switched over to ff14 when a realm reborn came out, for some reason I bought it on PS3 😂. I have since then switched over to PC and i am in love with it. Gives me the same feeling wow gave me back in the days. The main difference is how chill ff14 is and I don't feel stressed out, i do everything in my own pace which feel great. The community is also very wonderful and helpful.
If you are on the fence you can try the free trial and you get to experience everything up to heavensward before deciding if it's your thing.

XIV is an incredible game, love it and WoW is missing a lot that XIV has. Having played a lot of both games, I see Quazii coming back to wow for the M+ system, xiv just doesn't have the same level of challenging content at the end of the day. I still play xiv with each expansion but find myself having more group content fun in wow, personally. XIV adds a M+ type system then gg wow I'll miss you.

Honestly I am glad you are happy and will continue to watch your channel for wow videos, i have no interest in final fantasy (just a personal opinion). However, it sounds like you already gave up on WOW. You say you will play 9.1 but when it doesn’t revive WOW for you, at least you gave it a try. That doesn’t sound like you are going into it with an open mind 🤷🏼♂️

i have to warn u friend, the end game raids in ffxiv are very choreographed, i mean…very. its a fantastic game imo but the raids are very off putting to alot of ex wow players, including myself. a ffxiv guide will sound something like this : move here, stack, then move there, then spread to ur spot, then big dr cd, heal, then move there with a pair. i am not exaggerating or generalizing. so u should be very much aware of this since at some point, the fantastic story is going to end, the class design which is much better gonna loss its flare and ur gonna be just memorizing savage fights which i dont find fun.

Bit off-topic, but as a FFXIV and WoW player, I kind of love this format of having an MMO discussion whilst showing gameplay from both games. They're very different games and I enjoy watching both for their own reasons.
Can't imagine many will agree with me, because I understand it's probably a bit awkward. But still. I like it 🙂
