I've encountered this throughout over the years. It's not a huge thing that I've seen but to me it's just lazy people not wanting to put in the minimum effort. To me, that's the LOWEST bar of entry, even more so than understanding your rotation. I just don't engage with those people.
Minor Edit: When I mean not engage, I'll just leave said group if they're willing to entertain with these people. I'd rather spend my limited time elsewhere than have that kind of back and forth for the Nth time lmao.

I've encountered people like that and they are pretty rare. Not even in savage just normal content too like dungeons. They usually don't stick around enough to be a problem as they cry so hard they quit at some point because "everyone is so toxic to me".
