  1. Pulling that boss to the wall does wonders for Black Mages. The room split it does doesn’t touch me on the first one and I can free cast. That’s on pull, we’re miffed for the rest of it.

  2. Thanks for the video I’m a new tank and im struggling with gaining the muscle memory of positionals and cool downs. I tried savage p1s but I fear im to fresh to concept all the mechanics Im only 4 months in so barely a sprout.

  3. (New tank here, all 4 at lvl 90, and I do all dungeons 90 and P1-4 (normal)).
I got the habit of pulling with my gap closer because of the pressure the DPS give me by wanting pulling before me (for ads, for boss, etc). And when I started tanking I was told to go faster, to pull more, always faster. So now I'm constantly rushing… I can tank bosses, I can tank big pull, but not assholes in chat that make me want to die. DPS expect us to go fast, healer that we don't push too hard, ninja that we respect their AOE, while preserving CAC positionals, all while trying to save everyone from their own mistakes. And I don't dare express myself in the chat for fear of being taken for a diva. I'm not saying it's the hardest job. But it's the job that requires satisfying everyone. And I'm not even talking about the "provoke battle" in raid 24 because all the guys want to prove they've got the biggest one and the problems it causes for everyone.

  4. Thanks for the refresher, the stutter steps kinda new to me, but I try to reposition boss gradually to center when tanking and keep positionals in mind, it helps if you've played as a melee class.
These close up no-hud clips look quite photogenic btw, like you're playing an action game as our favorite waifu :p
