  1. So what I'm getting from this video is that Blizzard/Sony should use QA teams to vet their raids before they release them and completely remove the PTR while releasing raids at the exact same time globally so that world first raids are actually WORLD FIRST and people are going in 100% blind to what to expect.

  2. I still don't know why they don't have like seasonal "World's First" leaderboards for either WoW or FF14.

I feel like that would add SO MUCH to the game for end game raiders.
Like how the feast has limited gear, I can see this having a limited gear glamour as well.

  3. i love when he is talking about bugs, they are playing p2s which has that fuck the dark knight bug where if you zero your damage on the Tethered proximity tank buster you just instantly die.

  4. ptr in WoW is nothing more than free advertisement.
only the most vile of bugs and raid bugs get fixed… 90% of suggestions that make the game better get ignored.
It spoils so much of the game, it spoils the zone, the quests, the stories, the bosses, the NPC's and so much more. I fucking despise it.
Im not saying dont test ANY bosses, just saying put a fucking NDA or something on testers so they dont spoil the game before its released.

  5. I totally agree with the release date of different regions. But WoW has just way, way more constants to take into the calculation to just not do raid testing on PTR. As a regular viewer of RWF and Ex-Mythic raider myself, I feel like Raids in WoW are the one thing they dont fuck up. I stopped playing like a year ago and I still enjoy watching every RWF. And I absolutely think that WoW raids are superior to any other raiding experience in MMO's. Just my opinion thou.

  6. Every time I heard about blizzard, I imagine a bunch of idiots laughing while their game burn.
    And I don’t “hate” WoW.
Anyway PTR is a bullshit. It’s like, you made a creme for your cake and before you put it on the cake you dont taste it. Then you go to your costumer (a buyer) and say “hey, can you taste this for me?”. It’s so stupid imho

  7. 15:28 true. And while I think that this might actually make the race more exciting, it makes the bosses pretty much impossible for low-mid tier guilds because they're tuned for the 0,0001% of players who have their characters absolutely min maxed.

  8. While FF & WoW have interesting raid races, I have yet to see them reach the hype levels of destinys raid races. I think its because you never know who will win and because it is very realistic to participate in them due to the hard limits on gear for the race so no lifing doesnt help, so instead of "who can play the most and prep in advance with materials/etc" its instead a test of skill, planning and team work.

  9. I think the thing is the difficulty is different.. Like Wow raiding is given to everyone a week or 2 before they release the content ( hit me up if I am wrong) I do know world 1st in FF14, there is no hints just go and die 1000s of times to get it… I could be wrong but huge difference it seems and ultimate alex crushes just about everything Wow made IMO.. I love Wow Raiders coming over and doing their best.

  10. I'm not a fan of ff14 races they are visually cluttered with all the flashy bullshit that just eventually puts me to sleep, where as wow can actually keep my attention and is more entertaining to see the suspense of a long race, not 30 mins and oop done see ya in a year.
