  1. Horny for Alphinaud and Alisea… You see… Remmeber when people called this a weeb game? In end it's a product for Japan and you know how Japan and jrpg/anime fans work with these topics hahaha

  2. Even tho its annoying asf to have people moan about small things that could spoil the story id rather have people oversensitive about spoilers than not imo

  3. I still remember ppls keep calling ffxiv a weeb game.

Now I am laughing at them as well welcoming them when I been playing it because I actually have fun in mmorpg and there's no mandatory besides MSQ.

And my real endgame is Glamour (please SE give hrothgar option for hat)

  4. Pint doesn't use Source Filmmaker for his videos. He's only using video editing software and GShade and gpose.
There are different degrees of video editing and if you want to, you can go all the way into animating and rendering your own models and graphics to use in your video. For example, Captain Grim is using Source Filmmaker and FluffStuff has switched from ingame videos to using some other 3D software. I'm guessing Miku Miku Dance. But that also changed the style a lot and personally I don't like at least that clash when it comes to Fluffs newer videos. For Captain Grim, it's fitting the comedic style. And CarbotAnimations is animating their own vector graphics. I'm guessing it's something similar to Flash. Those are all great ways to achieve a certain effect.
However, what Youtubers like Pint and ZANEKONPU are doing is just good old video editing with a great effect. And that is where an own kind of art begins, imo. Gpose, as we all know, is a tool within FFXIV to view your character from different angles and light and animate them with some bare filters. With gshade, you can go much further and remove the whole background to create a very clear green screen, for example. But you can also do much more with it like exchanging your character with NPCs, change the weather and daytime, etc. And when it comes to good old video editing software, you have Adobe After Effects for post-effects and also stuff like particles, 3D transformations or pixel/area tracking, if you want to add layers on moving objects in the video. There is really no good alternative to After Effects. Even Japanese anime studios like Kyoto Animation use it. Finally you need a software for cutting. There are several good alternatives, but if you are already using After Effects, it'd be a good idea to also use Adobe Premiere, which can directly interact with After Effects.
The Minfillia scene, for example, was done like that, just editing a hand in.

  5. Best part about "playing a girl" hope you never get isekai.d into a game and your Character is Female so your a Guy trapped in a Female body and slowly change into a girl (the guys playing male character will have a field day)^^

  6. The 14 community should do what the the MCU community did during Endgame, a digital contract of honesty to not spoil the story of Endwalker for a month. Oh and shun those who spoil. If there's a time and reason for 14 community to be toxic, this is the time and it's a right cause.

If it work for endgame it can work for Endwalker
