Also, the implication is more that Y'shtola took her sorta-adoptive mother's name for some reason, especially since when she talks, she has all of her usual speech quirks and none of Matoya's, which raises all sorts of different questions like "what could have led her to take her mother's/master's rank?"

Tho I recommend lvling a caster and a healer sometime for two questlines of the ShB version of job quests, they offer amazing stories that all tie together in the very end. Other than that, you’re golden, lol. Seriously, enjoy, take all the time you need. I know you’ll have a great time 😀

Was great to see your reaction live, and good to see it again (complete with an algorithm offering). The Shadowbringers story is a favorite of many who've played, myself included. Of course, nothing beats experiencing it for yourself and forming your own opinions and you've proven to not be shy of doing just that. Which is very refreshing. 🙂
